  3. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process a refund for the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  4. Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged or defective item. We will work with you to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

  5. Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Please note that custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective. We will work with you to resolve any issues with custom or made-to-order items, but refunds will be issued at our discretion.

  6. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to accommodate your cancellation request. However, if your order has already been processed or shipped, it may not be eligible for cancellation.

  7. Non-Refundable Items: For hygiene reasons, handmade scented candles are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for used or opened candles.
